These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yardage Book websites at golfyardagebook.com and shop.golfyardagebook.com (together, the "Site") — operated by WGT Solutions LLC ("Yardage Book," "we," "us") — and any products, services, content, or communications offered through them. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Service

Yardage Book provides golf rules education and entertainment — including free content, email newsletters, and digital guides — and sells golf-themed merchandise directly through our online store at shop.golfyardagebook.com. Merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. We are an independent brand and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the USGA, the R&A, or any professional golf organization. References to the Rules of Golf are based on the published Rules of Golf (2023) for general informational purposes.

2. Content Is Informational Only

All content on the Site — including rules explanations, guides, cheat sheets, and videos — is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for the official Rules of Golf or for professional advice. Golf rules can be complex and context-dependent; when a ruling matters (competitions, handicaps, disputes), consult the official rules or a qualified referee. You use golf-related information at your own discretion.

3. Email Subscriptions

Subscribing to our email list requires a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information.
You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
We are not responsible for emails that are filtered as spam, blocked, or undelivered due to your provider's settings.

4. Purchases & Payment

Purchases are made through our store's checkout, which is hosted and processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not see or store your full payment card details.
Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, pricing error, or unavailability; if we cancel a paid order for one of these reasons, we will refund that payment.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. See our Shipping Policy for address-error handling.

5. Merchandise (Made to Order)

All merchandise is custom-produced after you order it and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify.
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted are eligible for a free reprint as described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Product colors, sizes, and print placement may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to normal printing and manufacturing tolerances (see the Refund Policy for specifics). These variations are not defects.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or third-party fulfillment.

6. Digital Products

Digital guides and templates are sold and delivered through the Site. After purchase, they are delivered by download link. We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly.
License: When you purchase or download a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the content.
All sales of digital products are final once delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a file is defective or you can't access it, contact us and we'll make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, video, audio, and site design — is owned by or licensed to Yardage Book and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute our content or designs (including merch designs) without prior written permission.
Product designs shown in our shop are our original artwork; unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
Scrape, harvest, or automate collection of Site content or user data;
Interfere with the Site's operation or impose an unreasonable load on it;
Impersonate us, misrepresent your affiliation, or engage in fraudulent activity, including fraudulent orders or chargebacks.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site contains links to, and relies on, third-party websites and services (including Shopify, Printify, TikTok, YouTube, and others). We do not control and are not responsible for those services' content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yardage Book and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, content, or purchases.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yardage Book, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where applicable law permits, disputes will be resolved individually, without class actions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
